I had such an amazing experience today at Skinsation MedSpa with Nurse Practitioner Sharmin! As a beginner when it comes to fillers and Botox, I was honestly a little nervous and had so many questions. Sharmin did an excellent job walking me through each step of the process, explaining everything thoroughly, and making sure I felt comfortable and confident with my decisions. She was patient, knowledgeable, and truly took the time to understand the look I was going for. I explained to Sharmin exactly what I wanted, and she executed it to perfection! She understood my vision and created a beautiful, balanced, natural-looking result that I absolutely love. I ultimately decided to go with the Facial Balance, and I am so happy with my decision! The front staff was absolutely marvelous as well! Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They helped ease any nerves I had and made the entire experience feel so positive and relaxing. Sharmin is truly one of the best in the DFW area and surrounding areas! If you’re considering fillers or Botox, especially if you’re a beginner and not sure where to start, I highly recommend her. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about her clients and their results. 10/10 experience! I would absolutely recommend Skinsation MedSpa and Nurse Practitioner Sharmin!

She really takes the time to listen to what you want and is so knowledgeable about placement and making sure the results look natural. Let's see I rarely make reviews lol im serious I rarely do.Believe me you but...I found this place on TikTok consultation was virtual July 24, 2026. We went over what I seeked what I didnt like we also went over pricing in which I will not mention here since it varies person to person. Consultation went well very well after the video we communicated through whats app so those that don't have it download. I recommend u do. She communicates extremely extremely well. Notice I said that twice lol she answers back really fast and I continued to ask her questions and she answered all of them respectfully and professionally she has a lot of patience. I am a lot to deal with and sometimes when I'm talking to someone idk sometimes I have like brain farts, and I cant think of things untill after the call anyway if that's you then this is going to go well for you lol if this is not you then this is going to go well for you. I even had questions at 10pm even 1am and yep she responded back. My concerns were regarding fillers but I decided to go with restalyn and versa. My 2 favorites I got some chin,cheeks and some other stuff done. She was booked for Saturday July 25,2026 but chill managed to get me in she told me it would be a little bit of a wait time since she was booked but I didnt have to wait at all the environment was in a nice area the inside was cold felt good clean. I was greeted when I walked in and offered water and snacks since I love food I couldnt turn it down I accepted water and pretzels lol. I also used numbing cream as well since they do offer it and I didnt feel anything pain level is a zero. After everything was done she gave me a hug and I thanked her for making me look beautiful again before leaving she asked if I wanted a chicken sandwich of course I said yes because like I told yall ya girl love to eat so yeah this is my experiance I do recommend them 100000000% oh and I forgot she gave me some extra free filers as well I think im going to bff them but everyone don't walk run I'm happy with my results as u can see. 1st pic is the before picture the other 2 are after pictures enjoy loves.
